Unless you've been hiding under a rock, then you probably know the Summer Olympics are upon us. Like us, you've probably been able to catch a moment or two of the coverage on television each night. After all, who can watch the entire event, right? Because Beijing is exactly 12 hours ahead of us in terms of time zones, it has been more convenient than before to not only watch the games, but to catch the action live. Shown here is the now infamous "Birds Nest" building at nighttime - an unquestionably unique structure that cost over $400 Million dollars to construct. This week's question is centered around the Olympic games. Good luck America!
This week's question: Have you been able to catch any of the coverage? If so, what events do you enjoy watching? What events do you think should be left out of the Games?
Alternate question for readers without television: How have you been kept up-to-date on the progress of the U.S. athletes? And how can that possibly be more exciting than watching history being made live?

We've been watching the swimming (which is our fave). Michael Phelps is amazing!!! We've also caught some of the gymnastics and sand volleyball.
As for what events should be left out, I just figure if I don't like an event, then I won't watch it. :)
I can't get enough of the beach volleyball, mens or womens.
