2 large tomatoes, preferably heirloom, seeded and coarsely chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
